This policy describes how bowlyn llc handles personal information submitted through the website at bowlynbio.com (the “Site”). Data processed inside bowlyn products, including Bridge and Compass, is governed by the applicable customer agreement between bowlyn llc and the customer, not by this policy.
2. What is collected
Information sent by email to contact@bowlynbio.com: your name, email address, and the contents of the message.
Conversations are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The name, email address, and notes submitted there are used to arrange the meeting.
3. How information is used
Information submitted through the Site is used to respond to inquiries and to operate the Site. bowlyn llc does not sell personal information and does not use Site data for advertising.
4. Retention
Contact submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records.
